Q-Shop requirements
Q-Shop has been designed to have very few requirements so that you don't have problems hosting it. Unlike other shopping carts, Q-Shop requires no custom components or additional software installation(+) besides an e-mail component that will normally be included as part of any Windows server.
All Windows components listed here are installed by default on any Windows host.
Technical requirements
- Hosting service with Windows 2000 or later and ASP support.
- VBScript 5.5 or later.
- MS Access drivers or SQL Server database support.
- MDAC 2.6 or later.
- Scripting.FileSystemObject object for file access.
- One of the following email components: CDONTS(*), CDOSYS(*), JMail, ASPMail.
- When using certain features like UPS or Authorize.Net you will need MS XML on your server.

(*)CDONTS and CDOSYS are the pre-installed windows email components that come with IIS (Windows web server). CDONTS will normally be available on Windows NT or 2000 while CDOSYS will be available on 2000, XP and 2003.
(+)Certain payment providers may require their software to be installed on your host.
