ASP Shopping Cart and Online Shop

February 5th, 2001.- After the addition of many new features suggested by its customers QuadComm, Inc. is proud to announce the new release of version 2.0 of Q-Shop. Q-Shop will set a milestone in ASP shopping systems.

There are many solutions for e-commerce on the Internet, but either often they are very expensive, too complex or with few features. Traditional solutions go from just shopping carts written in Perl and complex to understand and manage to over $1,000 complete solutions with too many functions or too complex to maintain.

QuadComm launched Q-Shop in order to make the on-line shop deployment easy and affordable. This integrated ecommerce solution provides not only a shopping cart system but also the whole catalog browsing system and user management making it a complete solution. As much attention and research has been put into the user interface as to the administration site.

Q-Shop allows shop owners to manage the shop easily using the administration web site. Through this interface customers can, for instance, review orders, track user purchases, get up-to-date user history, manage inventory and stock levels...

Q-Shop has been fully developed using Active Server Pages (ASP) and does not rely on the use of external components or extra software (.dll or .exe files). Thanks to this customers receive the whole source code that allows them to modify the system easily avoiding the classical limitations of other compiled systems.

Version 2.0 adds a significant number of new features after carefully listening to some of the hundreds of customers. New features include:
